If you want to make an order from outside the listed areas, it is possible to do so by contacting me via info@boriskollar.com. I will then calculate the shipping cost and delivery time to your address. In all other cases, the shipping costs are added to the order at checkout after entering the delivery address.
I send packages with multiple couriers depending on the delivery location. The approximate delivery times are:

If you are making an order from outside of European Union, you might be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. These costs directly depend on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of, and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, I advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about possible charges before placing an order with me. As Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must be customs-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import. Please note that if you decide not to pay your import taxes or duties and consequently choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as I am unable to redirect your order after confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from me with a tracking code.
Moreover, kindly note that I depend on my shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
All the products sold on this website are unique because they are hand-made. For the same reason, they may contain minor imprecisions. These are not faults but rather traces of the making process that I cherish and celebrate.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include personalized and made-to-order items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your or any other specific item.
In all other cases, you have 14 days to decide to return your item. After that, you have another 14 days to ship it back. Products must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging and condition. If you would like to return a product, please give me a prior notice via info@boriskollar.com. Return costs must be covered by you and are non-refundable. Please consider getting shipping insurance or using tracked shipping service when returning an order, as I cannot refund items that get lost in the mail.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Seamlessly, I strive to design a modular wardrobe, made of the most durable, possibly weird, raw materials and preferably from dead stock. If you decide to order any of the garments, you may choose from one of the three standard sizes, S, M, or L. But, for an additional cost, you may have any of them made to measure. And because most of my designs are made-to-order, please allow up to 2 weeks for their production.
